The teachers of Zentrum thought it would be fun to record podcasts about Zen with the interesting theme 'Zentrum Breaks the Silence'. 

We recorded a few new episodes last month (in Dutch). In the episode below, John de Weerdt and me talk about how Zen can help a person appreciate their life. 

Not just during comfortable moments when enjoying a drink on a terrace in the sun, but also during uncertain times. Practicing mindfulness and gratitude can help you take the time to notice and savor the small joys and blessings in your daily life.
