I bring more than two decades of experience in Zen meditation, having received transmission from my Zen master. Additionally, I’ve received several transmissions from my Taoist Grandmasters, focusing on practices for harmonising mind, body, soul, and their environment. And over the past ten years, I’ve dedicated myself to practicing Chi Kung.

 

And last but not least, I offer a keen sense of humor, a wealth of common sense, and a warm-hearted approach.
