It is helpful to meditate in a group led by a teacher. The weekly visits to this group provide welcome support to keep your Zen practice alive: to deepen your roots and strengthen your trunk, as an old Zen master once said.

As part of our practice I will share insights during a Teisho that may inspire you and support your practice.

Also the possibility for Daisan (personal conversation). Personal contact between teacher and student is highly valued in Zen. During Daisan you can discuss questions and other matters related to your training. Additionally, there is space for Koan study. A Koan is a typical Zen question that you must answer at a deeper level than expected.

Three times a month, there is a Teisho; once a month we only have meditation sessions.

Some experience is required to join this group: we sit for a minimum of two sessions of 25 minutes each.
